Clash of the Titans is a 1981 fantasy adventure film based on the myth of Perseus. The special effects used to create the various creatures in the film were done by Ray Harryhausen who employed stop motion animation. Harryhausen was also co-producer of the film, and retired from filmmaking shortly after the movie was released making this his last main feature film.
